Compact Prairie Clover is a drought-tolerant perennial featuring purple blooms. It thrives with deep, infrequent watering. Allow soil to dry out between watering. It has similar appearance to Dalea purpurea, but its native habitat is further east. Prune in early spring to remove dead stems and encourage new growth.
