Luna series Hardy Hibiscus is a compact hybrid cultivar which grows to 2-3 ft tall. It sports large showy flowers in late summer.

Hardy Hibiscus is easily grown in average, medium to wet soils in full to part sun with good air circulation. It is not particular about soil type or pH, and is tolerant of urban pollution. Ideal planting site would be protected from wind. It does best with regular deep watering. It tolerates our heat and humidity very well.

Hardy Hibiscus benefits from regular fertilization during the growing season.  It works well in large containers, in perennial and rain gardens as well as butterfly and hummingbird gardens.
