Blue Texas Sage is a Texas native sage that forms a compact clump of rosemary-like fuzzy green leaves and sports purple-blue flowers. It well-adapted to alkaline soils, but requires good drainage (it naturally occurs in well-drained limestone soils). It fits well in perennials gardens, meadow gardens, limestone prairie gardens or rock gardens.
